AI assistant for your business, answering from your own data

Connect your documents (RAG), APIs and databases. Your customers and staff ask on Telegram, email or your app, and get answers from your systems, with access control.

What it does

Answers from your documents

Upload PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets and FAQs. Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) finds the right passage and answers from it, saying which document it came from.

Actions through your APIs and databases

An AI agent that calls your APIs, your code and your Postgres or MySQL databases to look things up and get things done, within the rules you set.

Telegram, email and API

A Telegram bot, a support mailbox, or a chat API with webhooks for your own app. One assistant on every channel.

How it works

  1. Connect a Telegram bot, a mailbox or the API.
  2. Add your documents, APIs and databases, and who may use each.
  3. Ask. Answers come from your data, never made up.

Questions

What can I use it for?

A support bot that answers customers from your documents and looks up their orders or accounts. An assistant that answers staff on HR, policy and process. A mailbox that replies to enquiries by itself. Anything where people ask questions and the answers live in your documents and systems.

How does it answer from my documents?

With retrieval-augmented generation (RAG): for each question it first finds the passages in your documents that are relevant, then answers only from them, and says which document each fact came from. Upload PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets and FAQs; nothing else needs setting up.

Does the AI make up answers?

No. The AI only coordinates: it decides which of your documents, APIs or databases to ask, and puts what they return into words. Who the user is and what they may reach is decided by plain code, not by the AI. Every reply is checked before it is sent, and one that does not hold up is replaced by the answer you set for that case.

What happens when it doesn't know?

It does not guess. If your data has no answer, or a reply does not pass the check, the user gets the answer you set for that case, such as where to get help. If one of your systems is down, it says so plainly. Someone who keeps sending junk or pushing it off its purpose is blocked for a time you choose.

Is my database safe?

Determesh connects to your Postgres or MySQL database when a question needs it and copies nothing into its own storage. You write each query yourself; the AI never writes or sees SQL, it can only ask for a query you defined, with values that are always bound, never pasted in. Read queries run in a read-only session, so they cannot change anything. Your password is stored encrypted and never shown again.

Can I control who sees what?

Yes. Access rules decide which users reach which documents, APIs and methods, based on their attributes and dates. A resource can ask the user to verify first, through your own verifier, for as long as you set. Every decision is recorded in the audit log.

Do I need developers?

Not to start. Uploading documents and connecting a Telegram bot or a mailbox is done in the control panel, without code. Connecting your own APIs, databases or code needs someone who knows them: they describe each method once, and from then on the AI uses it.

Which channels and languages does it work on?

Telegram, in private chats and groups; email, through your own mailbox; and an API with webhooks for your own app or website. Files are handed over on the same channel: a document on Telegram, an attachment by email, a link on the API. It replies in the language the user writes in.

Where is my data stored?

On the server you choose. Each server is a separate setup, and servers never share data. To answer, the parts of a conversation the AI needs are sent to our AI model provider; the privacy policy says what goes where. India is live today. If you need a server somewhere else, tell us where.

How is usage counted?

Each plan includes some usage, and beyond it you pay for what you use. An action is one call to one of your systems for a user. AI usage is what the models cost, passed on with a small margin. Emails are the ones Determesh sends for your resources. For example, sending salary slips to a team of 20 is 21 actions: one to get the team, twenty to get the slips, and the 20 emails on the email meter.
